So that was the question about. Ugh, sorry, but it's rather classical AND logical for vampires to prefer arterial blood. It's like raw and cooked meat for humans - humans prefer cooked meat, for obvious reasons.
And to the language side:

Ugh, yeah, yeah, I knew it's look kinda obvious to use but no. There is such a word but AFAIK it's seldom used. Can't remember the proper word though.

fortitude

I get what you mean but no. It's either stamina (=has much more body energy to do things) or durability (=has much more tough body that can withstand greater physical damage). And there is plain "endurance", general and common (something in between "stamina" and "durability"). Fortitude is about spirit not body.
Also, "hookers"? She's a lesbian or just like their blood?
